The Sequence of Business Methodology

Building Decently and in Order

In 1 Corinthians 14:40, Paul exhorts believers, “Let all things be done decently and in order.” This simple yet profound instruction is not only a call for spiritual discipline but also a framework for operating efficiently and righteously in any area of life—including business.

When applied to building a network marketing business, this principle is revolutionary. In a world where confusion and manipulation often reign, a business built on decency and order becomes a beacon of integrity and clarity. I’ve structured my franchise system to embody these ideals, creating a model for those seeking a better way to build long-term, sustainable success.

Decently: A Commitment to Honesty and Integrity

To do things decently means operating without manipulation, deceit, or exploitation. Too often, network marketing relies on hype-filled promises and flashy personal branding that lead prospects astray. Instead, my system prioritizes transparency.

Decency means we:

  1. Respect Prospects’ Intelligence: We avoid exaggerated claims or emotional manipulation. Instead, we appeal to logic and facts, empowering others to make informed decisions.
  2. Prioritize Customer Value: Our focus is on delivering real, measurable benefits to customers. This aligns with the biblical principle of loving your neighbor and builds trust over time.
  3. Maintain Ethical Standards: Our methods are rooted in fairness, ensuring no one is pressured or deceived.

In Order: First Things First

Orderliness ensures efficiency and alignment with a clear purpose. Paul’s emphasis on order reminds us that success isn’t about chasing trends or reinventing the wheel. It’s about following a proven path, step by step.

This is where the franchise model shines. The most successful franchises operate with precision: everyone follows the same system, creating consistency and predictability. I’ve modeled my business on these same principles:

  1. A Clear Roadmap: Every team member has access to a structured system that eliminates guesswork and confusion.
  2. Duplication Over Personal Branding: Instead of relying on individual personalities, we emphasize a repeatable process that anyone can follow.
  3. Eliminating Chaos: When everyone is “doing their own thing,” chaos inevitably follows. But when we work in unity, following the same blueprint, the result is order and growth.

Why It Matters

The “decently and in order” approach isn’t just about running a clean, efficient business—it’s about reflecting godly principles in everything we do. In a marketplace full of noise, this approach stands out. It attracts people who value integrity and want a system they can trust.

When you build on these principles, you create a business that’s not only profitable but also pleasing to God. As Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
